The silver backed plate is one of the most fabulously foxed examples we have encountered, giving this mirror a character that makes it a dream interiors piece.

One side of the 19th Century frame has bowed over the decades, revealing a slight gap between the frame and the plate, which we find actually adds to the unique aesthetic of the mirror.

The mirror plate has a wide bevel all around following the shape of the frame
