Tommaso Barbi Huge White and Gold Ceramic Pendant Light

An exceptional ceramic lamp shade by Tommaso Barbi, white glaze with gilt gold swirl detail.

The light is supplied with the original lamp fitting, the twisted black cord is a modern replacement, in the middle of which runs the steel wire that holds the weight of the shade. 

Both the cord and the steel wire could be replaced if desired. 

The lamp is of very large proportions and is in superb vintage condition, with no chips or cracks to the ceramic.

An item of wonderful design by arguably Italy's foremost lighting designer.
