Early 19th Century French mercury plate mirror gilt gesso over wood, with an incredible foxed silver/grey mercury glass, it barely reflects and is a true looking glass.

Frame bears some signs of wear, and slight loss to small areas of the gesso structurally sound and solid, with the original pine back boards fantastic decorative piece, ready to hang
