HIGHLY DECORATIVE, THIS PHOTOGRAPH FRAME/LAMP IS A WORK OF ART. THE ARTIST AND DESIGNER CLAUDE VICTOR BOELTZ CALLED THIS WORK 'EXPLODED BRONZE' THE DESIGNER INITIALLY FOUND FAME WITH HIS WORK IN THE EARLY 1970'S, HIS PIECES WERE CARRIED BY LUXURY RETAILERS SUCH AS FRED JOALLIER AND CARTIER, PARIS
